Tomorrow I have a meeting with my manager and HR to request shorter days to allow me to gym after work. I do manage ok, but it just makes it such a long day. I know lots of people manage to gym after work, but when you don't sleep well, it just all adds up to making it more difficult to cope.

Can't believe I'm actually looking forward to work tomorrow. I am hopefully not going to be sat around too much, and intend gyming after work. It'll be a long day, but hopefully a less sore one. Today has involved a lot of sitting and I'm in pain 7/10.....all in my right butt cheek. It can only be because I haven't gymed. I gave myself a day off due to sore knees.
