I know it's early days and I don't want to jinx things, so don't want to be too optimistic yet. I will just have to take each day as it comes. Session number 10 this Friday.
Back to work tomorrow after six weeks off, so this improvement could not come at a better time for me!
My husband is also helping with the deep tissue massage, and pressure point work every couple of days: he's a natural, so I'm very lucky. I'm also continuing with my pelvic floor relaxation exercises, and also pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
If it works, I have the boxer Audley Harrison to thank, who suggested this treatment to me. Strange, but true!!
