Because my work station (the new sit/stand desk) is shared, it's caused problems today. The other person seemed to get 'tied up' on it when I needed it. This delayed my visits, and I ended up an hour late for my first one. This put me behind all day. It's still early days I guess so I'm hoping we'll find a way to work around it.
I am so achy this evening. I gymed after work as I already felt stiff- I guess from adapting to being back at work, and to standing in one place. I thought gym may loosen things up a bit, but I'm not so sure.
I'm meant to be doing 3 days next week, but now I'm home, and aching, I'm not sure this is so wise, especially when things are so hectic. I'll see what the physio advises tomorrow I think. I was also thinking of trying physio on alternate weeks because things had been starting to feel better, but again, I'm not so sure this is wise now. Maybe now I'm seeing improvement is not the time to lessen her input.
So aches and pains have returned, after just two days back at work. I'm hoping I haven't undone the physios work. So frustrating when I felt things were getting better!!
